本公司研制、開發(fā)生產(chǎn)的SY-2621/SY-3826型高精度雙刀半自動(dòng)夾膠玻璃切割機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于厚平板玻璃、夾膠玻璃的離線切割。設(shè)備操作便捷，運(yùn)行可靠穩(wěn)定，切裁效率及精度高。

產(chǎn)品性能(Product introduction)

國(guó)標(biāo)方管焊接機(jī)架。同步帶傳輸系統(tǒng)。采用PLC控制，觸摸屏操作，中英文界面，步進(jìn)馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)（可選擇伺服電機(jī)配置），操作更方便，性能穩(wěn)定。切割速度可直接設(shè)定。上下刀頭對(duì)切，吻合度高，掰片容易。

National standard square pipe welding frame. Synchronous belt transmission system. PLC and imported electrical components, stepper motor, LCD display, man-machine interface, more convenient operation, stable performance. Cutting speed can be set directly. The cutting positions of the upper and lower cutter heads are consistent, the matching degree is high, and the breaking piece is easy.

設(shè)定加工參數(shù)——玻璃上料—將玻璃移動(dòng)至需要切割的位置,手工對(duì)位配有刻度尺——切割刀頭運(yùn)行——自動(dòng)切割并掰斷——配合氣浮功能移動(dòng)至加熱管位置，進(jìn)行人工去膠層——人工下料或配機(jī)械下片功能

搬運(yùn)及安裝注意事項(xiàng)(Handing and installation notice)

設(shè)備在搬運(yùn)過程中，輕起輕放，不得碰撞，嚴(yán)禁用導(dǎo)軌及橫梁做起吊支撐部位。安裝時(shí)可用水平尺校正桌面，并調(diào)整四腳可調(diào)支架以使桌面保持水平。
